Delivery Terms
Please indicate the delivery time and date in the payment form. The order must be placed at least 3 days before the delivery date. Otherwise, Ziedu pietura reserves the right to cancel your order.If the recipient cannot be reached or is not at home, the order will be returned to the Seller and will be delivered again to the specified address at another time (an additional fee for repeated delivery) or the order can be received free of charge at the salon - Dundagas iela 15, Talsi

We process orders during store working hours (on weekdays and Saturdays 7:30-18:30, Sundays 09:00-15:00). If the order is placed outside working hours, delivery will be made the next day.
When placing a flower order with delivery, please be aware and understanding that due to various circumstances, i.e. weather conditions, traffic jams, workload, etc., deliveries may be delayed, so in the field "desired receipt time" indicate not a specific time, but a time interval during which it is possible to deliver the flowers.
On holidays, such as: Valentine's Day, March 8, it is advisable to place orders 7-10 days in advance so that we can deliver at your desired time and place, but please note that due to workload, deliveries may be delayed.
