These terms determine the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Product returns

5. Delivery
If the recipient cannot be reached and is not at home, the order is returned to the Seller and delivered again to the specified address at another time (an additional delivery fee may apply)

Orders are processed during store working hours (Mon-Fri from 7:30-18:30, Saturdays from 7:30-18:30, Sundays 09:00-15:00).
6. Seller's rights
Ziedu pietura has the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the Consumer if the information in the delivery date and time field in the order confirmation form is incorrect or the delivery date is earlier than 3 days after the order is placed!
Ziedu pietura has the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the Consumer or request an additional payment if at the order confirmation form, an incorrect delivery option is selected.
Ziedu pietura has the right to replace flowers in bouquets and arrangements with equivalent flowers, maintaining the design and style, if depending on the season and flower demand, the flowers visible on the website are not available.

Payment for the goods is possible by card, bank transfer or cash (if the order is received at the store on site)

Flower colors, arrangement and brightness may differ from those shown in the images
Depending on the season and flower demand, we cannot guarantee that all flowers visible on the website will be available, therefore bouquets and arrangements may differ from those shown in the images, but our florists will replace them with equivalent ones, maintaining the design and style.
